Fire Suppresion Systems (F.S.S.)

The systems are installed in such a way, to quickly knock down flames and cool hot surfaces while generating a tough vapor securing blanket that helps prevent reflash. The design aims to cover hazard areas, such as the appliances, hot surfaces, extraction canopies & ductwork. Depending on the type of the facility the client may choose between various extinguishing agent systems.  A Fire Suppresion System consists of a fire extinguisher (including the fire extinguishing agent), connected to an expellant pipe line, equipped with the appropriate discharge nozzles (sprinklers). Fire Suppresion Systems will operate manually and/or automatically to cover your cooking equipment.
