Knowsley SK hydrants are available in configurations to suit the individual requirements of each installation. The standard materials and components of construction and paints are available for use in the most extreme environmental conditions such as exposure to extreme temperatures or offshore/marine installations.
A key advantage of Knowsley’s hydrants (dry operation) is the unique ease of drainage through their 8 ports, ensuring maximum reliability.
INTERNALLY VALVED PILLAR HYDRANT
The Knowsley SK internally valved pillar hydrant s are designed to be used on petro-chemical sites where the harshest environments are encountered. The standard body is fabricated in carbon steel, other materials are available for particularly challenging ambient conditions. The internally valved pillar hydrant body self-drains automatically to avoid any risk of frost damage in cold climates. Outlet configuration are designed to meet individual client requirements, including multi-valved hose, large bore pumper and flanged monitor connections.
