Highly durable and convenient tool to open firebreaks and clear burnt areas
This tool is designed to ensure balance of weight and comfort to the user. To this end, it is produced with a fiberglass handle with a rubber grip that guarantees a good grip and reduces the vibrations of the axe hit, preventing joint injuries.
The axe’s head is made of forged steel that undergoes heat treatment providing hardness to the edges (50-55 RC), but maintaining ductility in the area where the handle is inserted into the head (30-35 RC). The aim is to always transmit the least amount of vibration to the user, achieving a piece that optimally responds to the demands of our customers as regards both durability and convenience.
The fiberglass handle ensures little maintenance without losing resistance, and the double-edge head allows to duplicate periods of work without sharpening it again, or to use each edge in different angles for different types of wood.
