FOAM PROPORTIONER LEADER MIX AB 1000 FIXED

A unique solution that combines the precision of electronic systems and the reliability of mechanical mixers. Optionally, the mixer can also be supplied with a control panel, with the possibility of remote operations. LEADERMIX 200-1000 allows accurate dosing of all types of foam concentrates even during flow rate with high fluctuations. Starting from 5 bar, it allows precise dosing of foam concentrate from 0.3% to 6% in a flow range from 200 to 1050 l/min. Self-contained, it requires no electrical supply and practically no maintenance. Very easy to use, it also has a bypass selector switch that smooths out pressure drops when the use of firefighting foam is not necessary.

AUTONOMOUS MECHANICAL INDUCTOR

Without electronics, LeaderMIX does not require any power supply to operate. The foam inductor LeaderMIX adapts to flow rate variations in a fraction of a second.

RANGE OF FLOW RATE: 200-1050 L/MIN

With a wide flow range (200-1050 l/min), the eductor LeaderMIX allows variations in flow rates while maintaining a fixed concentration.

SUCKED IN FOR SURE!

The foam inductor LeaderMIX operates from 5 bar up. It adapts to flow rate variations and does not generate more pressure drop than a conventional venturi. Foam concentrate is sucked in instantaneously even during pulsing.

LIGHTWEIGHT AND COMPACT

LeaderMIX 1000, in its Fixed version, weighs only 13 kg. Much more compact than other mechanical inductors on the market, it is easy to integrate into a vehicle or to perform any other installation. Its remote control console (optional) allows to position LeaderMIX away from the control station.
