FOAM PROPORTIONER LEADER MIX AB 1000 PORTABLE
Equivalent to 3 conventional foam mixers, it is a unique solution that combines the precision of electronic systems and the reliability of mechanical mixers. The LEADERMIX 200-1000 allows accurate dosing of all types of foam concentrates even during flow rates with high fluctuations. Starting from 5 bar, it allows precise dosing of foam concentrate from 0.3% to 6% in a flow range from 200 to 1050 l/min. Self-contained, it requires no electrical supply and practically no maintenance. Very easy to use and weighing <14 kg, it also has a bypass selector switch that smooths out pressure drops when the use of firefighting foam is not necessary. The mixer can work simultaneously with multiple flutes of different flows connected onto it.
AUTOMATIC AND AUTONOMOUS
Autonomous, it requires no power supply to operate. The foam eductor LeaderMIX can operate simultaneously with multiple nozzles of variable flow rates.
WIDE OPERATING RANGE 200-1050 L/MIN
The foam proportioner LeaderMIX has a wide flow rate range (200-1050 l/min) and advantageously replaces up to 3 conventional inductors (200, 400 and 800).

Foam concentrate is instantly sucked in by LeaderMIX even during pulsing. LeaderMIX operates from 5 bar up, adapts to flow rate variations and does not generate more pressure drop than a conventional venturi.
PORTABLE AND COMPACT
LeaderMIX 200-1000, in its portable version, weighs less than 14 kg and fits easily in the trunk of a vehicle. It can be used on the ground in line by firefighters or directly from the supply manifold outlet.
