MCR EXI-F - HYBRID SMOKE PREVENTION SYSTEM FOR EVACUATION ROUTES
The MCR EXi-F overpressure system is used in case of fire, as a system to protect the escape routes from smoke. The system consists of suitably designed air intake units which, in conjunction with “intelligent” automatic supply and control systems, prevent smoke from entering the protected zone, creating overpressure. Operating characteristics according to EN 12101-6:2007.

The MCR EXI-F hybrid system consists of the following modules:
- MCR OMEGA PRO control panel
- Air supply units with ventilation equipment
- Differential pressure converter (digital and/or analogue)
- Additional components (manual control panel, air supply system, duct smoke sensors, fire barriers)
The exact selection and quantities of individual system components depend on the requirements of the fire scenario, the specifics of the building and the design of the staircase, lift shaft or other protected space.
