    The MCR ZIPP flexible firestop switches are designed for installation at general ventilation terminal points, at points of penetration of these installations through building partitions. They are used to isolate the fire hazard zone from the rest of the building and for air transfer through building partitions. The switches may also be installed without ducts. Thermal activation is at 74 oC (alternatively at 95 oC ) and are also available with electrical activation options.
