PyroCord is an autonomous local extinguishing unit, designed to cover spaces with a volume of 50lt up to 2,000lt (2×1,000lt), such as electrical panels, ATMs, PC towers, UPS, racks, etc. It is easy to install, thanks to its flexibility and is placed at a minimum distance from possible fire sources.Once installed, the unit works completely autonomously and does not need any other action to detect or extinguish a fire, e.g. connection to electricity, smoke detector, etc. The unit reacts instantly and the thousands of microcapsules release the extinguishing material immediately, when exposed to fire or when the temperature in the protected space reaches a predetermined temperature.
